The purchase experience was not the smoothest with various delivery issues that needed to be resolved between me, the delivery company and the vendor. Ultimately they were resolved but did not leave a good impression. The product itself is nice, perhaps a little pricey for what it is. The sizing seems to run a little small. I will keep the purchase but am less than 100% satisfied with the whole experience.
I ordered a ladies nightdress over a month ago, it took a long time to arrive and when it did I was on Holiday. The package was returned by DHL and after returning from my holiday I wrote to the supplier who promised me that when the package returned they would resend it. To date this has not happened and no offer of refund has been made. David Baker
I ordered this (lovely) headband for a concert I was performing at, but because of the lack of care when printing the delivery label, which cut off the first letter of my name, but more importantly the first digit of my street address, I did not receive this in time to wear. That lack of care meant that it took me some time and effort to track the item down with a photo of someone else’s front door.
Every time I look at the headband, I am reminded of all that disappointment. Hopefully the company takes more care with your purchase, and reviews their customer service procedures.

This blouse did not look good on me. It is a boxy style that is not very flattering. The sleeves look like they would be stylish but they are not tight around the wrist so they just hang halfway down my hands. Very disappointed in the style so I am returning it.
